Prince Andrew should not be "dragged into court" 20 years on from an alleged sexual assault claim, his lawyer argued, as he urged a New York judge to dismiss a civil suit against him.
Speaking for the Duke, Mr Brettler said Ms Giuffre had "waived her rights" to sue other defendants in relation to alleged sex crimes committed by late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
